Logos is a tech company dedicated to building technology solutions for the Church. The Product Engagement Data Analyst leverages user engagement data for strategic decisions. Focus on using Amplitude to conduct queries, develop reports, and analyze trends. Utilizes data visualization tools like PowerBI to present insights and models. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis, is proactive, resourceful, and organized. Proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and tools like Amplitude and PowerBI is highly desirable. Collaborates with teams to promote growth and innovation through data-driven insights.

Requirements

3+ years of experience working with data visualization, analysis, and reporting Well organized, flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with all levels of internal management Experience in a fast paced, high volume, process oriented environment Ability to present details of complex data quality or workflow issues for internal review Ability to take ownership of an analytics project and see it through to completion despite obstacles Experience and fluency in using MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint Proficient in read, writing, and speaking in English Experience with PowerBI and data visualization Ability to deal with data ambiguity
