β’ Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals β’ 2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps and Flow β’ Portfolio demonstrating ability to research and design including knowledge base articles, customer journey maps, usability tests, wireframes, and UI design practices β’ Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β’ Understanding of common software project management, technology products and stacks, and development practices
