• Responsible for studying user needs and client goals to provide highly analytical and creative ideas • Collaborate on user experience planning • Consult with clients and team members • Lead meetings with clients to understand requirements • Identify capabilities for end users • Research and identify content to support system development • Create wireframes, process flows, user personas, and journey maps • Conduct user research activities such as usability testing and surveys • Assist with IT capabilities and support for meetings • Provide overview presentations and Q&A talks for client teams • Coordinate releases with partner IT groups
• Trained in Customer Experience fundamentals • 2 years of experience with O365 fundamentals including SPO, Power Apps and Flow • Portfolio demonstrating ability to research and design including knowledge base articles, customer journey maps, usability tests, wireframes, and UI design practices • Strong conceptualization and visual communication ability • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of common software project management, technology products and stacks, and development practices
