Description

• Lead projects focused on Labor Management and Data Analytics. • Active engagement in discovery, scoping, timeline management, budgeting, and technology deployment. • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define objectives, align on success criteria, and track project progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years managing projects in complex supply chain environments. • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. • Knowledge of Labor Management Systems, Business Intelligence tools, or other Supply Chain Software systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, automation systems, basic database structures). • Experience in distribution operations/warehousing. • Proficiency with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
