Description
• Reviewing final billing documentation to assure budget and billing accuracy. • Generating aggregate spend and quality control reports. • Processing and monitoring HCP expense and honoraria payments. • Maintaining data in client’s instance of Cvent. • Ensuring compliance of websites for HCP meetings. • Auditing all final billing documentation. • Working on special projects as assigned.
Requirements
• College degree or prior event coordination experience required. • Hospitality, finance, or mathematics related degree a plus. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and the ability to learn new technology quickly. • Ability to analyze and manipulate data and create custom reports. • Proven organizational skills. • Strong Cvent Skills.
