📋 Description
• Seeking a data-driven individual to join the Strategic Insights team • Drive development of statistical, machine learning/NLP models • Collaborate with teams across Canada, UK, and India • Translate product requirements into R&D activities • Research and validate models to generate predictions and recommendations • Collect, clean, and perform feature engineering on customer data • Define key ML infrastructure and experimentation workflow
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in applied statistical analysis and machine learning in a software development environment • Experience with tools like scikit-learn, pandas, and numpy • Strong scripting and engineering skills in Python and SQL • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Experience in an agile software development environment • Experience with py-spark / Databricks and AWS is a plus • Deep learning experience for NLP, search, and reinforcement learning is a plus
