Description

• Manage own accounts and collaborate with Customer Success team • Develop and implement strategic plans to support customer goals • Increase customer engagement and drive growth • Measure and analyze key metrics for team goals • Conduct Loopio training sessions and implement engagement strategies • Collaborate with account managers and support & services team

Requirements

• 3 years of Account Management, Customer Success, or similar experience • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus • Experience working with Enterprise Level customers preferred • Impeccable written and oral communication skills • Superb relationship building skills • Continuous learning and curiosity • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs • Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making • Highly organized and results-oriented • Experience in writing sales proposals or responding to RFPs is a plus
