• Loopio is a workplace that unleashes learning & growth opportunities for our Loopers. • We provide autonomous, challenging work that allows each employee to master their craft. • We attract and retain people who are naturally curious, have grit and are eager to grow and build their careers. • At Loopio, we genuinely support each other, because true success comes from working as #oneteam. • Loopio’s Finance team is growing! • We are looking for a Financial Analyst who will take ownership of full cycle accounting processes and be part of a collaborative and high performing team. • If you are interested in joining a supportive team environment and contributing new ideas, we want to hear from you! • Reporting into the Assistant Controller, the Financial Analyst will own the preparation of financial reporting and accounting for key business processes. • Our team has a strong focus on process improvement and this role will have a significant impact in driving efficiency in financial reporting and internal controls. • This role will directly impact business decisions, through preparation of accurate and timely financial information. • The Finance team is a key business partner to other departments that service our 1,000+ customers. • There will be many opportunities for the duties and role to scale as Loopio continues to grow.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in public accounting preferred • CPA designation (or working towards CPA) is preferred • Advanced Excel proficiency • Proven track record of proactive problem-solving, issue identification and resolution • Experience with process creation/improvement • Excellent project management skills • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential to this role • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, through performing self-reviews • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
