Description

• Leading and building end-to-end features for Loopio’s web platform • Proactively building features and implementing tests • Interacting with customers for user-centric experience • Planning and developing integrations • Leading technical design discussions and mentoring team developers • Collaborating with Product Managers and Designers in an agile environment • Contributing to transition to service-based architecture

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience • Strong knowledge of back-end development using PHP, Python or Java (PHP preferred) • Familiar with Design patterns and SOLID principles • Proficient in using and designing RESTful APIs • Strong understanding of testing best practices • Strong understanding of RDBMS such as MySQL • Working knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or Vue (React preferred) • Comfort guiding technical design discussions • Mentorship to other engineers through coaching • Passion for driving processes and improving software development productivity • Experience with agile development using Scrum or Kanban • Experience with AWS, Monolithic and Microservice Architecture, Cypress, Elasticsearch and Codeception is a plus
