Description
• Provide front-line support for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and in-person. • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems for end-users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. • Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates. • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role. • Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
