Description

• Develop marketing omni-channel campaigns that drive towards our required business outcomes that can range from brand awareness, customer acquisition to engagement • Plan and execute marketing activations and events in the Philippines • Review and analyse performance to share insights and come up with concrete and effective improvements • Lead and develop a lean and mean Philippines team • Collaborate closely with the HQ Marketing teams to optimise performance across marketing channels and grow Malaysia business • Collaborate closely with the Philippines team especially Retail Store teams • Build and maintain close relationships with Media partners and Key influencers critical to Philippines business • Stay abreast of marketing trends and culture and topical news in the Philippines especially close to Philippines’s target market

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or business development with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand marketing or communication role, or from an advertising agency ideally in account management • Proficient with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels from above-the-line and below-the-line communications for brand activation • Familiar with marketing tools and e-commerce platforms • Past experience in managing projects of scale • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications or other relevant fields
