Description

• We are seeking an experienced and driven person to join our organization. • As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) at SoSafe, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cybersecurity platform. • You will collaborate closely with our development, operations, and security teams to design, implement, and maintain robust systems and infrastructure. • Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure components to assist our cybersecurity platform fully running on AWS and EKS. • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for timely incident detection and resolution into Datadog and JIRA Incident Management. • Automate deployment and configuration processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD. • Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and reliability. • Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement preventative measures using Jira Incident management and post-mortems. • Improve infrastructure and processes to enhance reliability, security, and efficiency. • Participate in on-call rotations and reply to incidents promptly using OpsGenie.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role with AWS cloud platform. • Experience in scripting (Python, Bash) and programming languages. • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and management, including experience with scaling, monitoring, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters using ArgoCD and Datadog. • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK stack, Datadog). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like github action or gitlab-ci. • Excellent problem-solving background and knowledge of how to troubleshoot complicated issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Strong comprehension of networking principles and security best practices.
