• Work closely with the Business Development sales team to build relationships with prospective LPL Financial advisors. • Lead the advisor through their transition and assimilation to LPL Financial. • Design and execute the new advisor’s transition and assimilation plan for client satisfaction. • Manage client experience and engage in discussions with advisors and team. • Oversee new advisor transition and collaborate with multiple departments for quality experience. • Provide hands-on support to advisors during client transitions. • Execute multiple client engagements simultaneously. • Manage third-party vendor relationships. • Participate actively in the sales process.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial services preferably in client service, relationship management, or sales • Strong written and oral communication skills as well as time management and organizational skills • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to travel up to 50%
