📋 Description
•Reporting to the VP Business Resiliency, responsible for supporting enterprise resiliency strategic vision and initiatives. •Lead efforts in translating program requirements for business unit resiliency partners into actionable activities to establish or improve business continuity processes. •Support and contribute to Enterprise Resiliency policy, strategies, plans, and playbooks. •Establish working relationships with key business partners to understand business processes and drive Business Continuity Lifecycle activities. •Contributes to training to support firm preparedness. •Executes program controls to detect resiliency risk issues, documents risk, recommends corrective actions. •Support crisis monitoring and response to actual or potential business disruptions. •Provides report and impact assessment support during business interruptions.
🎯 Requirements
•2+ years’ work experience in a business continuity, business resilience role within Financial Services, Technology, Consulting, or other regulated industry. •2+ years of demonstrated experience within the following areas: Business Continuity Management Lifecycle (Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, Strategy / Plan Development, Exercise & Testing and Training) •Business Continuity Certification Designation, CBCP, ABCP, MBCI or successful attainment of Business Continuity certification within first 6 - 12 months as a condition of employment •Experience using BCP planning and incident management tools (preferably Archer GRC, Everbridge, NC4, GETS/WPS)
