• Location: Mumbai, India • About LRN • Use your Senior Instructional Designer expertise to help people around the world do the right thing. • LRN is a SaaS based e-Learning provider with a presence across US, EMEA, APAC and LatAm. • Designing training solutions for our clients, who are represented by some of the largest brands in the world. • Meet with the client to find out their business needs. • Attend a Design Workshop and deliver exciting ideas that will have the greatest impact on the learners. • Guide a team of Graphic Designers, Programmers, and Instructional Designers through the project.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Instructional Design • BA or equivalent experience • Experience of Creative Writing • Has strong views about how best to communicate information to a diverse audience. • Has an eye for good visual design • Primary fluency/bilingual proficiency or full professional proficiency with English (per the Interagency Roundtable scale)
