• Role Purpose: LRQA’s Sustainability Consulting team specializes in helping clients to design and implement responsible sourcing programs, human rights due diligence programs and sustainability / ESG strategies in their supply chains. • This role will require an investigative and curious mindset and an individual who can approach social and environmental due diligence and risk management from a strategic, problem-solving angle. • This role will be client-facing and require direct engagement with clients’ Sustainability/ESG, Social Compliance, or Procurement teams. • You will work with private-sector clients, many of which are major global and regional companies, spanning a variety of sectors, including consumer goods, retail, food/agriculture, real estate, and finance. • You will be part of the Latin America Advisory team and will work with, and learn from, LRQA experts from teams across the globe. • We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who will be motivated by the opportunity to work in a rapidly growing and successful business at the cutting edge of sustainability and to partner with world-class leaders to take on some of the planet’s most pressing ESG challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of consulting experience in sustainability and/or responsible sourcing strategy / business and human rights. • Knowledge of the sustainability business environment and due diligence trends. • Strong research and writing skills. • Communication, networking, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Able to work in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus. • Ability to understand and interpret quantitative data. • Detail-oriented, solutions-oriented, and problem-solver. • Has and applies emotional intelligence and proven team skills. • Takes initiative and can work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about social and environmental topics. • Strong collaboration skills. • Strong information processing skills: research, critical thinking & problem solving, attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills: self-motivation, time management, planning, prioritizing, flexibility. • Continuous learning mindset.
