📋 Description
• Inbound Coordinators are responsible for taking inbound calls from LSA's clients, completing required intake with accuracy and attention to detail, and connecting on-demand telephonic requests to interpreters. • Inbound Coordinators may also support LSA's interpreters with resolving basic inquiries.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven success with providing exceptional customer service. • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and oral communication, including proper spelling. • Reliable, collaborative, and works with an enthusiastic mindset. • Success working independently and within a team. • Ability to type 30 WPM minimum.
