📋 Description
• Provide administrative support to LSM’s movement development team. • Report directly to the Associate Director and collaborate with other teams. • Draft and send communication and emails. • Develop presentations, communication materials, and reports. • Coordinate meetings including scheduling, taking minutes, and ensuring proper follow-up of action items. • Assist in collaboration of the movement development team with other LSM Secretariat teams. • Update spreadsheets and databases.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum one year of experience providing administrative support. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality. • High attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving skills and will proactively address needs as they arise. • Ability to work independently in a remote online environment, as well as in close coordination with a remote team across multiple time zones. • Familiarity with Google Apps Suite, with the ability to learn new applications and programs quickly. • Fluent English is required and professional Spanish is strongly desirable.
