📋 Description
• We are searching for an experienced and self-driven Operations Manager who will report directly to the Head of Treasury and Operations. • You will manage and optimize the general operations of Aptos Foundation. • This is a highly visible role and will partner closely with leadership and teams such as Ecosystem, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. • Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and scalability. • Manage resources effectively, to support the growth and stability of our platform. • Ensure operational support for initiatives that enhance ecosystem growth, community engagement, and partnership development. • Conduct data analytics to understand trends and identify opportunities for efficiencies. • Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within our operational processes and implement strategies to mitigate them.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in optimizing operational processes and resource management. • At least 5 years of operational experience with preference for work in Web3 and blockchain ecosystems. • Ability to work as a self starter with a significant amount of autonomy • Comfortable with analyzing data and leveraging analytics to influence decision making. • Strong track record of interfacing with key stakeholders from different departments. • Strong EQ, with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrates sound, consistent, and trusted judgment • Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with leads and individual contributors • Thrives in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
