Description
• Engaging with clients, prospects, and internal teams globally to identify opportunities for learning and performance management features • Driving product vision and product strategies for customer-centric cultures • Organizing and prioritizing feature execution for web applications in an Agile environment • Serving as product owner for development teams, coordinating with various leaders across the organization • Supporting go-to-market activities by collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams • Communicating clearly with stakeholders and influencing decisions at all levels of the organization
Requirements
• 3-5 years of software product management experience • Excellent English-language communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to tailor messages to match the audience • Experience working with globally distributed teams (not required) • Familiarity with principles of user experience design and research (not required) • Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field (not required)
