Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus • Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an IT or tech environment • Strong knowledge of financial systems and software • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis • Experience with payroll systems and contractor management, including platforms like Gusto.com
