• Lucid Reality Labs is pioneering the development of next-generation XR solutions that transform how people interact, learn, and solve challenges in a rapidly evolving world. • Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge technologies that redefine user experiences while addressing real-world needs. • We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in graphic and product design to join our team. • This role is ideal for a creative thinker who is passionate about user-centered design, high-fidelity prototyping, and responsive design principles. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and intuitive user experiences across digital platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and user experience projects • Proficiency in design tools, including : Figma: High proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes , including interactive and animated elements • Extensive experience with Figma components, libraries, and auto-layout for scalable designs • Knowledge of advanced Figma plugins for animation, collaboration, and workflow automation • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop: Expert-level skills in image editing, retouching, and creating high-quality visual assets • Experience in designing and formatting visually compelling presentations • After Effects / Adobe Animate: Proficiency in creating UI animations, motion graphics, and interactive prototypes • Strong grasp of mobile-first design principles and best practices • Ability to create flexible and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across multiple screen sizes and devices • Hands-on experience with UI animation and micro-interactions to improve user engagement • Deep understanding of animation principles such as easing, timing, and physics-based interactions • Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability methodologies • Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs based on insights • Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to map out user journeys • Will be a plus: Experience in designing for XR (AR/VR) applications is a plus • Domain experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, EdTech, or Manufacturing • Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
