📋 Description
• Lucidya is looking for a Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our team and help us create seamless, data-driven user experiences. • You will play a crucial role in understanding user behaviors, pain points, and needs to shape our product strategy. • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure our products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user expectations. • Plan and execute user research studies to uncover insights that drive product decisions. • Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis to understand user behaviors and pain points. • Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams. • Advocate for inclusive and accessible design solutions based on user research. • Maintain and manage research repositories for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or human-centered design. • Experience with user testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Hotjar), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Heap), and survey tools (Typeform, SurveyMonkey). • Experience in setting and achieving KPIs. • A portfolio showcasing your research work is required. • Experience conducting research in B2B SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.
