• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Lead Designer and team members to understand design requirements and objectives. • Create Striking Graphics: Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for social media posts, website banners, emails, and other promotional materials. • Ensure Design Consistency: Maintain adherence to branding guidelines and ensure design consistency across all visual assets. • Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to infuse innovative ideas into your work. • Incorporate Feedback: Review and integrate feedback from marketing team leaders to refine and enhance design concepts. • Iterate Designs: Continuously improve design performance based on feedback, analytics, and testing results. • Collaborate with Copywriters: Seamlessly integrate text and visual elements with copywriters to create cohesive marketing materials. • Manage Projects: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. • Maintain Design Assets: Organize and maintain design files and assets for future use.
Requirements
• Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic design. • Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools. • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of previous design works. • Motion Design: Proven experience in graphic and motion design. • English Proficiency: Near-native or native proficiency in English. • Relevant Degree: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. • iGaming Industry Experience: Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.
