Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • 2 - 3 years experience as a Data Analyst in the healthcare sector, with a focus on care processes and/or business operations. • Understanding of basic healthcare codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) is a requirement. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Advanced Excel) • Proficiency in EDA and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Quicksight). • Strong understanding of healthcare metrics, operational assessments, and process improvement methodologies. • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy standards, such as HIPAA • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly. • Experience with AWS services and EHR data is a plus. • Experience with Salesforce schemas is a plus. • Experience with Python (Preferred)
