Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field • Background in investment banking or startup finance/business development experience preferred • Highly proficient in Excel • Experience with board or client deliverables • Proven financial modeling and analysis experience, ideally in a healthcare startup or similar fast-paced environment • Experience creating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Detail oriented • Able to work with ambiguity and tell a story with numbers
