📋 Description
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions • Assist customers with the implementation and integration of products • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a technical support or applications engineering role • Good English and German language skills • Strong technical knowledge of Dimensional Metrology in a manufacturing environment, especially in automotive body shop • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer needs
