📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Appian applications for our clients. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. • Ensure best practices in Appian development are followed, including code quality, testing, and deployment processes. • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Appian features and updates, and recommend improvements to existing solutions. • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage client expectations. • Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate Appian solutions and capabilities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in development, with at least 2 years in an Architect role by leveraging Appian capabilities. • Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components. • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Appian solutions. • Proficiency in Appian , process modeling, and integration with external systems. • Experience with Appian version upgrades and cloud deployments is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Appian certifications are highly desirable.
