Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field β€’ 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, 5 years in a leadership role β€’ Experience in life sciences industry β€’ In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements β€’ Strong understanding of talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance management, and employee engagement β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Proven ability to lead and manage HR initiatives in a dynamic environment β€’ Demonstrated experience in coaching and advising leaders on HR matters β€’ Ability to proactively identify and solve problems
