• Develop effective marketing strategies and plans to promote the services of Luminary Group. • Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. • Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. • Track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Luminary Group remains at the forefront of marketing excellence. • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred. • Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role. • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and leverage data to drive marketing decisions. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong creativity and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
