β€’ Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in conjunction with the client's marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and target demographics. β€’ Produce engaging marketing materials such as blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, and website content to captivate and engage potential leads. β€’ Oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising to drive traffic and generate leads for the company website. β€’ Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and areas for distinction, integrating findings into marketing strategies and initiatives. β€’ Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a cohesive brand message and consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials. β€’ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and refine strategies accordingly. β€’ Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and provide recommendations for continual improvement and innovation.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. β€’ Possess at least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences sector. β€’ Strong creative and writing abilities, capable of developing compelling marketing content tailored to resonate with target audiences. β€’ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, encompassing email marketing software, social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and analytics platforms. β€’ Solid grasp of SEO principles, SEM tactics, and online advertising strategies. β€’ Excellent analytical skills, adept at interpreting data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. β€’ Effective project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment. β€’ Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, facilitating effective teamwork with cross-functional teams and external partners.
