• Luminary Group is excited to announce an opening for a Principal Consultant in Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance (PV), and Digital Consulting. • In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for leading our clients consultancy efforts in the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, focusing on pharmacovigilance and leveraging digital solutions. • Develop and execute strategic consulting offerings in Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Digital Transformation, positioning our firm as a leader in these areas. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs, challenges, and regulatory obligations. • Lead high-impact projects, providing expert advice and guidance to clients on regulatory submissions, compliance strategies, and pharmacovigilance best practices. • Oversee the integration of digital tools and technologies into consulting practices to enhance efficiency and improve outcomes for clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions and frameworks that address client challenges and market demands. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, regulatory changes, and new opportunities in the life sciences sector. • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance on professional development and technical expertise. • Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to promote our consulting capabilities and expand our network. • Monitor and assess project performance, ensuring alignment with client objectives and satisfaction.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline); advanced degree (MS, PhD, or MBA) preferred. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and/or digital consulting within the life sciences industry. • Proven track record of successful project management and client relationship management in a consulting environment. • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in pharmacovigilance and digital solutions. • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop innovative solutions to complex client challenges. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical information to non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and industry events.
