Requirements
• Contribute to the company strategic direction, actively engaging in ideation for value positioning • Drive the sales organization to deliver innovative sales solutions, emphasizing the value derived from breakthrough offerings • Focus on increasing market share in line with business objectives and identified end-markets • Lead by example, focusing on professional development and the achievement of corporate goals • Communicate sales targets and metrics, offering continuous feedback on sales performance • Drive people development aligned with organizational design and business objectives, emphasizing excellence and a proactive attitude • Ensure accurate forecasting reports using SalesForce.com, and oversee timely updates of customer information and pipeline evolution • Generate monthly business review reports
