• Life Science / NGS market / Liquid handling experience required • Leadership experience is essential - creating and leading a high performing team • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with Master/PhD degree a plus • Strong global, multi-cultural leadership fostering collaboration and teamwork • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs • Prepare and manage realistic growth AOP/budget, possess commercial acumen, and adaptability to changing conditions
