β€’ Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the DACH region. β€’ Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the biotechnology industry. β€’ Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and R&D, to develop customized solutions for clients and address customer needs. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities and market challenges. β€’ Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our products and services. β€’ Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the customer. β€’ Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate sales reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. β€’ Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential customers and promote Luminary Group's products and services. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry. β€’ Strong knowledge of the DACH region and the biotechnology industry in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. β€’ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. β€’ Ability to understand and present complex scientific and technical information to diverse audiences. β€’ Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills. β€’ Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally internationally.
