β’ Plan, coordinate, and execute company-hosted and third-party events, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and client events. β’ Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, registration, and on-site coordination. β’ Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop event content, presentations, and marketing collateral. β’ Track and report on event success metrics, providing insights for future event strategies. β’ Assist in the development and execution of awareness marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy. β’ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets. β’ Monitor and optimize campaign performance across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising. β’ Ensure that all campaign materials are on-brand and meet quality standards. β’ Support digital marketing efforts in alignment with the digital team, including content creation for SEM, and social media management. β’ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, content, and design, to ensure alignment and collaboration. β’ Communicate campaign and event progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights.
β’ 2+ years of experience in event planning and campaign management, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry and specifically within the finance, banking, and credit union sectors. β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β’ Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. β’ Knowledge of B2B marketing and experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
