Description

• As a Growth Strategist, you will be at the forefront of driving growth initiatives within our organization. • Taking ownership of end-to-end execution—from strategy alignment to capturing business requirements, planning, delivery, and evaluation of performance against KPIs. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, and MKT to exceed targets. • Act as a growth marketing expert, managing a broad range of growth marketing tactics to acquire new users and retain existing ones. • Present strategic growth initiatives in leadership meetings, providing insights into channel trends, and the impact of key initiatives. • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, SMS, and in-app notifications to improve customer engagement metrics and drive deeper conversion funnel activities. • Conduct regular experiments to test and learn, using insights to refine growth strategies. • Own comprehensive reporting of relevant KPIs and influence the development of dashboards to track and socialize performance.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in growth marketing, with expertise in engagement, lifecycle, and acquisition marketing. Experience in startups, consulting, or a fast-growing industry is a plus. • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior preferably in Fintech and Retail. • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficient in tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other data analytics software. Able to translate data into actionable insights. • Project Management: Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and driving results in a fast-paced environment. • Cross-Functional Team Player: Effective communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work across different departments and manage external partnerships. • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills. • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to develop innovative strategies and execute them efficiently, while maintaining a focus on both big-picture thinking and detail-oriented execution. • Preferred Qualifications: Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-changing environment. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, curiosity, and a drive for continuous learning. • Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding teams to achieve their maximum potential. • Proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization. • Knowledge and experience in the construction, home renovation, or related sectors are a plus.
