📋 Description
• Lead software development projects in the company. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality. • Be the main point of contact between the software development team, business team, and stakeholders. • Plan and coordinate software projects from start to finish. • Define project scope, deliverables and deadlines. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure deadlines are met. • Manage the project budget and ensure expenditures are within the forecast. • Identify potential project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. • Ensure software development team follows best practices and complies with quality standards. • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project meets their requirements. • Manage relationships with suppliers and other third parties. • Provide project reporting and analysis to management.
🎯 Requirements
• English advanced • Proven experience as IT Project Manager in software development projects. • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. • Ability to lead software development teams and motivate team members. • Ability to identify and manage project risks and issues. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. • Experience working with high-level stakeholders and managing relationships with vendors and third parties. • Plus: ClickUp knowledge
