📋 Description
• Analyze product usage data and user behavior to identify trends and insights that can help improve product features. • Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark Rocket Lawyer’s products against industry standards. • Assist in tracking product KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure product success. • Work closely with product managers to define data requirements for new features or product enhancements. • Support the development of user stories, feature requests, and product specifications based on data-driven insights. • Participate in product testing and user feedback sessions to ensure features meet customer needs. • Help visualize data through dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders across teams. • Assist with data-driven experiments to inform product decisions.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field). • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or similar tools). • Familiarity with product management processes and the role of product analytics in decision-making. • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights in a clear and accessible way. • Curiosity and an eagerness to learn about user behavior and how data drives product strategy. • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
