📋 Description

• About Rocket Lawyer: We believe everyone deserves access to affordable and simple legal services. • We are expanding our team to enhance and capture audiences worldwide. • As VP of AI, you will lead Rocket Lawyer’s AI strategy and execution. • This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and product-focused execution. • You will develop machine learning, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering to enhance our platform. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to improve customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. • Proven experience leading LLM-driven projects, including fine-tuning, RAG, and prompt engineering. • Deep expertise in NLP, deep learning, and AI model deployment at scale. • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Mistral, Llama), vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Pgvector), and MLOps frameworks. • Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and AI/ML cloud services. • Experience deploying AI models in production-grade applications with security, reliability, and scalability. • Understanding of data pipelines, data engineering, and feature engineering for ML. • Experience with at least one of the clouds (GCP, AWS or Azure). • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to drive AI adoption across an organization. • Strong communication skills to translate complex AI concepts into business value.
