Description
• Lead a team developing key components of Luxury Presence’s digital platform. • Mentor engineers and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. • Partner with product and design teams for high-quality project delivery. • Improve architecture, scalability, and performance of systems. • Implement processes for project tracking and execution.
Requirements
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, ideally 3-7 engineers. • Strong technical proficiency in your team’s tech stack, with the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges. • Experience with people management, including career development, performance management, and conflict resolution. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build consensus and navigate competing priorities across departments. • Experience delivering projects on time and within budget, with a focus on technical excellence and business alignment. • Experience with data-driven architecture and systems design, RESTful APIs, service oriented architecture. • Proficiency utilizing SQL, NoSQL, in-memory and distributed SQL (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, AuroraDB)
