• Luxury Presence is the leading digital platform revolutionizing the real estate industry for agents, teams, and brokerages. • Our award-winning websites, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and AI-powered mobile platform empower real estate professionals to grow their business, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. • Trusted by over 60,000 real estate professionals, including 31 of the nation’s 100 top-performing agents as published in the Wall Street Journal. • As a Growth Staff Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving lead generation and acquisition strategies for our real estate clients. • You’ll architect and optimize high-performing funnels, partnering closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to balance speed, experimentation, and reliability. • In this role, you’ll serve as a technical leader, ensuring our paid media initiatives scale effectively, remain cost-efficient, and deliver measurable results for our clients. • You will lead funnel optimization and paid media initiatives, architect scalable and maintainable systems, mentor and influence team members, champion experimentation and innovation, drive cross-functional collaboration, and elevate technical standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building web applications (Node.js, React, Redux, Angular, Next.js, etc.); GraphQL experience is a plus! • Proven success in growth engineering or similar roles, with a focus on paid media and lead generation funnels • Deep expertise in data-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, microservices, and scaling systems for high-volume user engagement • Strong proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, in-memory, and distributed databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, AuroraDB) • Hands-on experience integrating with 3rd-party APIs, external frameworks, and libraries • Expert-level knowledge of cloud-native architectures (AWS serverless or containers), CI/CD pipelines, and automation • Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DI) and SaaS multi-tenancy models • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and related collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally) • Exceptional communication and demonstrated leadership experience, enabling effective mentorship and cross-functional alignment
