Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in platform or infrastructure roles, ideally with 3-7 direct reports. • Strong technical expertise in backend engineering, with a focus on scalable systems (experience in Node.js and AWS preferred). • Background as a Staff+ engineer or equivalent technical leadership experience. • Experience balancing technical project delivery with long-term strategic vision and a keen understanding of business implications. • Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align team priorities across departments and navigate competing priorities.
