• The Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in orchestrating seamless transitions for clients migrating from legacy software to our new SaaS platform. • This position is instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring efficient and effective technical implementations. • The role involves working closely with internal teams and clients to understand, refine, and execute migration processes, incorporating direct feedback for continuous improvement.
• EDUCATION: Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or business management, or equivalent • EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting • Demonstrated technical expertise with 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, systems support, database administration, or software programming. • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with a focus on providing timely updates to project stakeholders. • Direct experience in the software/services solutions market, preferably within the real estate industry. • High level of energy and commitment to team objectives, with a sense of urgency and initiative. • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills. • Familiarity with change management principles and processes. • Attention to detail and proficiency in data collection, cleansing, validation, and integration techniques. • Familiarity with Bookkeeping and Accounting best practices would be an asset
