📋 Description

• Job Title: Compliance Manager • Location: San Jose, CA, Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, Atlanta, GA, Pittsburgh, PA or Hybrid/Remote • Travel: Required Occasionally • Reports to: Director, Legal Operations • Job Summary: • Lynx Software Technologies (Lynx) is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on leader to steer our operational efforts to ensure our business can deliver results at scale. • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Compliance Manager to help guide the company’s export compliance program and assist with governmental contracting. • The Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing Lynx’s compliance with governmental regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • JD preferred, but not required. • 5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably within the embedded software, professional services, technology or government contractor sectors. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable recommendations for leaders and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • A strong understanding of government contracting regulations (FARs/DFARs), ITAR and related compliance requirements. • A strong working knowledge of export control compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with the following tools is a bonus, but not required: Salesforce, Ironclad or MFiles.
