• Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch. • You will support operational ticketing queues for timely and accurate processing of administrative contracted provider functions. • Requires experience with Zendesk and Salesforce, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach. • Ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and is adaptable to changes while efficiently handling tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of customer service, provider relations and/or administrative experience. Experience performing data entry, preferred • 1+ year experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce; otherwise you pride yourself on picking up new tools/systems quickly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a focus on excellence
