Description
• Lyra Health is looking for a Client Support Specialist to address client queries and billing questions. • The role requires a collaborative approach and independent work to manage daily tasks. • Key responsibilities include troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
• 1+ years experience in healthcare billing customer service • Experience in healthcare and/or medical billing a plus • Experience in medical billing setting in bank reconciliation, payment posting and patient billing, ability to read and understand EOBs helpful • Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, and/or JIRA a plus • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
