• Lyra Health is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic GTM Enablement team, with a strong focus on content creation, program design, and live facilitation. • This is a hands-on GTM Enablement position where you will be directly responsible for developing and delivering enablement programs that empower our Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams. • You will create impactful enablement content, design engaging learning experiences, and facilitate live training sessions. • You will work closely with cross-functional leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, or Partnerships teams in an enterprise environment. • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success or Enablement • Familiarity with enablement tools and systems such as Salesforce, WorkRamp, Highspot, or similar platforms. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively. • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives while prioritizing tasks based on business impact. • A collaborative mindset with a passion for helping others succeed and driving team alignment. • Experience in HR, Benefits, or Healthcare is a plus but not required. • Discernment and empathy for internal stakeholders’ pain points and needs, and an ability to translate those needs into concrete requirements • Strong interest in and willingness to learn and stay current with the latest Enablement trends • Ability to work both independently and be a strong partner to the Enablement team with a growth mindset, continual curiosity and construct proactive approach to solving problems
