• About Lyra Health • Lyra is transforming mental health care through technology with a human touch to help people feel emotionally healthy at work and at home. • We work with industry leaders, such as Morgan Stanley, Uber, Amgen, and other Fortune 500 companies, to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and their families. • With our innovative digital care platform and global provider network, 20 million people can receive the best care and feel better, faster. • Founded by David Ebersman, former CFO of Facebook and Genentech, Lyra has raised more than $900 million. • About the Role: • Lyra Health is seeking a UK-based Senior Salesforce Developer to join our multicultural team. • In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions that hold the case data of 20,000 clinicians operating in over 150 countries. • You will work as part of a dedicated team in partnership with colleagues in the UK/South Africa/US, and will collaborate with stakeholders, lead technical teams, and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality solutions. • Remote position: ALL candidates must be physically located within the UK to be eligible for this role. • Ideally, candidates would be able to attend pre-planned meetings at our office in London as requested, and some requirement for international travel to Johannesburg and San Francisco to collaborate with colleagues.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development. • 2+ years experience leading the efforts of junior developers • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other relevant Salesforce technologies. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security. • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Workato, Jitterbit). • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and development tools (e.g., Git, Jira) • Excellent problem solving and communication skills • Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Nice-to-have) • Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Nice-to-have) • Additional relevant certifications (e.g., Sales or Service Cloud Consultant) • Experience working in an international company would be plus • Experience working in a healthcare company would be a plus
