🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years experience with management consulting, strategy & operations, high growth strategic ops or related experiences; experience working within a healthcare setting is a plus • Highly organized self-starter; able to multitask and apply structure to ambiguous situations • Strong project management skills and ability to drive alignment and execute through building effective partnerships with cross-functional teams • Strong data analytics skills and experience translate insights into a cohesive strategic story using Google Slides • Ability to distill and communicate complex ideas clearly across different audiences • Passion for expanding access to quality mental health care • MBA preferred but not required
