📋 Description
• Primary point of contact for service escalation. • Support analysts and clients to optimize IT environments. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to Support Analysts. • Contribute to design, planning & enhancements of ICT network architectures. • Implement cyber security initiatives. • Installation and configuration of routers, firewalls, switches. • Provide 3rd level escalation support to Managed Services Analysts. • Proactively drive new technologies to achieve business outcomes. • Maintain core server architecture and Microsoft 365 environments. • Provide telephone, face-to-face and remote client support. • Maintain and enhance client relationships with responsive support.
🎯 Requirements
• Certificate III in Information Technology • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate • Windows 10 / 11 experience • Server 2012 -2019 experience • Microsoft 365 Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (work towards) • Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate (work towards) • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (work towards)
