Description

• Provide strategic legal counsel to leadership across the organization. • Shape the future of the organization with expertise in corporate law, compliance, and risk management. • Manage a large variety of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. • Support sales and channel transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements. • Act as an advisor on issues involving Lyric’s contractual and regulatory compliance. • Mitigate legal risks and draft transactional documents and technology license agreements.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and pass bar exam (any state) • 5+ yrs experience in private practice or in-house • 7 years or more healthcare/technology transaction experience (preferred) • Privacy certifications (preferred) • Results-oriented style with a high degree of analytical ability and proven problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive and quickly adapt to change, leading others through change in a dynamic, fast-paced industry and work environment • Effectively builds strong internal and external relationships • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization with an open, honest and direct style that establishes an empathetic and effective relationship with all levels of team members
